Mobile Messaging Program Consent

By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive text messages from Sumit Patel for Dallas County Supervisor for civic and political research purposes. These messages may include survey invitations, opinion polling, research related outreach, and public interest communications.

Opt In Methods

You may opt in to the Program by

  1. Completing the Sign Up For Text Messages form on our website

  2. Providing explicit consent in any other manner as indicated by the Sumit Patel campaign

Message Terms

Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology

  1. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program

  2. Standard message and data rates may apply

  3. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
